Initial Assessment
- COST: $125.00 – Payment required at the time of the assessment

Level 1
- 12 Sessions: 11 one-on-one sessions with the final session (#12) reserved for the team consult to review progress. Two times per week for 60 minutes. $60.00 per session
- Progression to next level will be determined at the conclusion of the team meeting.
- COST: $20.00 for workbook. $60.00 for 12 sessions=Total $740.00

Level 2
- 16 sessions: 15 one-on-one sessions with the final session (#16) reserved for the team consult to review progress. Two times per week for 60 minutes. $60.00 per session
- Progression to next level will be determined at the conclusion of the team meeting.
- COST: $960.00 for 16 sessions
- Payment is required prior to each session or can be paid in full at the beginning of the level.
Level 3
- 8 session: 7 one-on-one sessions with the final session (#8) reserved for the team consult to review progress. One time per week for 60 minutes. $60.00 per session
- Apprentice position: 2 hours per week. $30.00 per week-Individual is required to have 2 hours of apprenticeship per week at Autism Avenue
- COST: $480.00 for 8 sessions + $240.00 for apprentice application = $720.00
- Payment is required prior to each session or can be paid in full at the beginning of the level.
Level 4
Individuals attend continued “sustained supports” once a week or once bi-weekly, for 60-minute sessions, as needed. **Note: We have discovered a SIGNIFICANT need for sustained support once individuals graduate and begin working. Level 4 has been designed for those desiring continued interventions to enhance sustained employment **
